• Gross hourly salary starting from €16.70, depending on your experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks (13 payments per year)
• Travel allowance from 20 km per day (€0.14/km)
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May

Jouw baan

You combine leadership, quality control, and hands-on teamwork. No office-only supervision. You stay close to the floor, support colleagues when needed, and make a real difference in daily hotel operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and support the housekeeping team during the shift
• Check rooms and public areas for quality and presentation
• Coordinate daily planning with the team
• Coach and motivate colleagues on the floor
• Step in with cleaning when needed
• Communicate progress with hotel management and EW supervisors

You are the person who keeps standards high and the team confident.

Work Schedule:

• 5 days a week (including 2 weekends per month)
• You work flexible day shifts between:
  07:00 – 15:00
  09:00 – 17:00
  10:00 – closing (latest around 18:30)

This variety makes the schedule easier to combine with personal routines while staying fully involved in hotel operations.

Jij bent

• Experience in hotel housekeeping, as supervisor or ready to grow into the role
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Available between 07:00 and 18:00 and at least 2 weekends per month
• Someone who leads by example and supports the team when needed
• Living in Amsterdam or nearby
