What we offer:

• Flexible working hours: 15/20/25/30/35 hours per week, tailored to your preferences and needs;
• Workdays spread from Monday to Sunday, providing a varied schedule;
• Working hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM;
• An attractive salary ranging from €16,01 – €17,70 gross per hour, paid every 2nd working day of the month;

What you’ll be doing:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at HotelPartner, you will lead your team of housekeeping staff. You will be the primary point of contact in our clients’ hotels and responsible for productivity and work quality. Additionally, you’ll be actively involved in various cleaning tasks. Your duties as a Supervisor in the housekeeping department include:

• Assigning tasks and providing instructions to the housekeeping team members.
• Training new housekeeping employees.
• Ensuring adherence to work procedures and behavioral rules.
• Creating schedules and managing timekeeping.
• Collaborating with your team to ensure hotel rooms are ready on time for guests.
