Housekeeping Supervisor – Beachhouse Zandvoort

• A gross hourly wage starting from €16.70, depending on your work experience*
• Salary paid every four weeks, which means 13 payments per year
• Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometre when travelling at least 20 kilometres per day
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% accrual of holiday hours and a 5% end-of-year bonus
• 26 days of annual leave based on full-time employment, plus an extra day off on your birthday
• An eight-month employment contract with a one-month probationary period and the possibility of a permanent contract

Jouw baan

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you make sure that the hotel rooms and public areas are perfectly clean and ready for the guests. You coordinate the daily work, support the housekeeping team and check the quality of the cleaned rooms.

You are a hands-on supervisor. When necessary, you also help the team with cleaning the hotel rooms. Together, you ensure that every guest enjoys a clean and comfortable stay.

Your tasks include:

• Coordinating and dividing the daily work
• Guiding and motivating the housekeeping employees
• Checking hotel rooms and public areas
• Ensuring that our quality standards are met
• Helping to clean the rooms when needed
• Reporting technical problems and missing items
• Communicating with the hotel and the EW team

Working Schedule:

You will work approximately 20 hours per week at Beachhouse Hotel in Zandvoort. The working days and times will be discussed with you. Weekend availability is important because the hotel is open seven days a week.

Would you like to work full-time? This is possible if you are also willing to work occasionally in the same position at Blendin Hotel in Bloemendaal.

Jij bent

• Flexible available from Monday to Sunday, including at least two weekends per month
• Experienced in cleaning, with some supervisory and administrative experience
• Able to speak Dutch or English
• Independent and accurate in your work
• Living in Zandvoort or the surrounding area
