Wij bieden

Gross hourly wage starting from €16.11, depending on your work experience*
Salary paid every 4 weeks – meaning you receive 13 payments per year
Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometer, starting from 20 kilometers per day
8% holiday allowance, paid out in May
10% accrual of vacation hours and 5% year-end bonus
26 vacation days based on a full-time contract, plus an extra day off on your birthday
8-month employment contract with a 1-month probation period

Jouw baan

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are responsible for leading, coaching, and monitoring the cleaning team. You ensure that all areas – offices, meeting rooms, and common spaces – are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently every evening. You are the on-site point of contact and oversee the quality of all cleaning work.

Your responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and supervise the cleaning team (aprox. a team of 18)
Coach team members on quality and efficiency
Inspect and ensure high standards of cleanliness
Train and onboard new staff
Report to the Housekeeping Manager
Act as the first point of contact for any questions or incidents

Work Schedule:

Monday till Friday
16.00PM – 21.30PM
