Cleaning Public Areas & Apartments – Diemen Amsterdam Greystar

Wij bieden

• Gross hourly wage starting at €14.83, depending on your work experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, meaning 13 payments per year
• Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometer for daily commutes over 20 kilometers
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% vacation hours accrual and 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days based on a full-time contract, plus an extra day off on your birthday
• 8 months contract with a 1 month proof period
• Opportunity to obtain your SVS diploma (basic cleaning training)
• Trainings and courses to grow into roles such as Supervisor/Team Leader

Jouw baan

As a Cleaner for Public Areas and Apartments, you will play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our property. You’ll be responsible for cleaning a variety of spaces, including:

• Public toilets
• Reception area
• Garden
• Garage
• Bicycle parking
• Apartments (only when unoccupied)

Work Schedule:

• 5 days per week (including weekends on rotation)
• Shifts: 07:00 – 15:00 or 08:00 – 16:00

Jij bent

• Flexibly available and able to work on different days between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM
• Independent and speaks Dutch and/or English
• Accurate and enjoys a clean environment
• Living in Diemen or nearby
• Experience in cleaning is a plus, but not required
